  • 50 Gram cucumber (diced)

  • 55 Gram kalamata olives (11 pitted and sliced in half)

  • 10 ml olive oil (2 tsp. )

  • 0.5 lemon (1 tsp. juice, freshly squeezed)

  • 1 Teaspoon dried mint


METHOD

  1. Combine tomato, cucumber and olives in a bowl
