INGREDIENTS

  • 80 Gram Medjool dates (1/2 cup, pitted)

  • 60 Gram cashew (1/2 cup)

  • 45 Gram Protein Powder or Vegan alternative

  • 10 Gram almond butter

  • Pinch Himalayan salt

  • 5 ml maple syrup (1 tsp)

  • 5 Gram desiccated coconut

METHOD

  1. Place all ingredients in a food processor, except for desiccated coconut and blitz until combined. If required add some water to make a smoother consistency

  2. Split mixture into five even amounts and roll into balls

  3. Roll each ball in desiccated coconut

  4. Serve one now and refrigerate remaining

  5. Enjoy
