INGREDIENTS

  • 55 Gram dried prunes

  • 30 Gram rolled oats

  • 15 Gram almond butter

  • 15 Gram sunflower kernels

  • 25 Gram almond

  • 15 Gram sesame seed

  • 15 Gram pumpkin seed

  • 15 Gram shredded coconut

  • 20g rice malt syrup

  • 2 tbsp. water

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

METHOD

  1. Soak the prunes in water for 5 minutes. Once the prunes become soft, drain the water. Transfer the soaked prunes to a food processor

  2. Add the oats, almond butter, all the seeds, coconut, rice malt syrup, almonds, water and cinnamon into the food processor. Process until the ingredients are combined and the mixture forms into a ball

  3. Transfer the mixture into a tray and press down firmly with a 2cm thickness in a rectangle

  4. Refrigerate for up to 1-hour to set

  5. Cut the bar into 5 slices. Serve 1 bar and refrigerate the remaining 5 bars to be consumed over the week.
