INGREDIENTS

  • 120ml unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp. maca powder

  • 25g chia seeds

  • 0.5 tsp. honey

  • 0.5 tsp. ground cinnamon

  • 0.5 tsp. ground nutmeg

  • 10g desiccated coconut

  • 10g raw unsalted almonds, roughly chopped

  • 10g raw unsalted walnuts, roughly chopped

METHOD

  1. Add the almond milk into a medium sized jar and mix in the chia seeds, nutmeg, cinnamon, honey and maca powder

  2. Refrigerate overnight or for 1-2 hours to set.

  3. Once the chia pudding has set, sprinkle with coconut, almonds and walnuts.

  4. Serve
