  • 180 Gram Greek yoghurt

  • 35 Gram frozen blueberries

  • 2.5 ml maple syrup (0.5 tsp.)

  • 15 Gram Protein Powder (flavour of your choice) or Vegan Alternative (flavour of your choice)

  • 3 Teaspoon chia seeds

  • 20 Gram almond

METHOD

  1. Add yoghurt to a bowl and mix through the Protein powder and chia seeds.

  2. Top with blueberries, maple syrup and almonds. Serve.
