CHOCOLATE MUESLI WITH WARM MILK

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 1/4 cups (200g) rolled oats

  • 1/3 cup (50g) hazelnuts, roughly chopped

  • 1/3 cup (55g) whole almonds, roughly chopped

  • 2/3 cup (50g) shredded coconut

  • 1/3 cup (55g) sunflower seeds

  • 1/2 cup (175g) honey

  • 1/2 cup (75g) dried apricots, roughly chopped

  • 200g dark chocolate, roughly chopped

  • Warm milk, to serve

METHOD:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C. Line a baking tray with baking paper.

  2. Combine the oats, nuts, coconut and sunflower seeds in a bowl and stir in the honey. Transfer to the baking tray and bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring twice, until evenly coloured. Set aside to cool.

  3. Once cool, toss through the apricot and chocolate. Serve with warm milk.
