INGREDIENTS

  • 200 Gram chicken thigh (chopped)

  • 80 Gram avocado (sliced)

  • 200 Gram carrot (cut into matchsticks)

  • 400 Gram cucumber

  • 4 Tablespoon reduced salt soy sauce

  • 2 Teaspoon sesame oil

  • 10 Gram sesame seed

  • 2 Clove garlic clove (crushed)

  • 2 Teaspoon ginger root

METHOD

  1. Begin by marinating the chicken thigh with soy sauce, garlic and ginger in a bowl

  2. Heat sesame oil in a non-stick fry pan over medium heat and cook the chicken for 3-4 minutes on each side or until its cooked in the middle. Once cooked set aside

  3. Place the cucumber, carrot, avocado and cooked chicken into a bowl without mixing the ingredients together

  4. Drizzle soy sauce over the vegetables and sprinkle sesame seeds over the top

  5. Serve
